University of California, San Diego has partnered with Transcepta in an effort to transition all of our Accounts Payable functions to an efficient electronic environment.

As part of this transition, we are registering all of our high volume suppliers and phasing out all paper-based invoicing processes.

There are no fees incurred by the supplier by joining the Transcepta network. Registration and connection only takes a few minutes and modifications to existing systems or invoice formats are not required.

Benefits of registering with Transcepta:

  • Eliminating all postage costs associated with mail-in, paper based invoicing
  • Immediate and secure invoice submission delivery to UC San Diego's Accounts Payable system
  • Increased accuracy with electronically transferred invoice data when compared with manual invoice data entry
